I HAVE BOUGHT SOME ITALIAN SUUSAGE DO I LEAVE THAT CASING ON OR TAKE IT OFF IF I PLAN TO BROIL IT IN THE OVEN OR COOK IT ON THE STOVE IM CONFUSED SOMEONE PLEAE HELP!!
