Looking for a German sausage recipe that I tasted several years ago. The spice used was very strong and was bold enough to flavor a pasta sauce made with butter, garlic and this sausage. The person making the sausage was from Minnesota originally, of German descent and used venison. I do not plan on using venison. Can anyone please help. Thank you.
