old minn recipe 10lbs pork butstrim of excess fat 2lbs ground beef 20lbs potatoes 4lbs peeled onions 2 1/2 lbs celery 8 ox salt 1 1/2 oz pepper 7 level teaspoons all spice 1 spring parsely chopped 1 bag of carrots optional grind in 3/4 blade and stuff I boil it for about 10 min then freeze. back at 375 for about 45 min flipping half way thru
